Product Overview
The TA956 SSV closes the gas supply when the monitored downstream pressure exceeds the maximum set point or falls below the minimum set point. Designed for filtered, non-corrosive natural gas, it supports transmission, city gate, distribution and industrial installations.
Key Specifications
- Maximum inlet pressure: 100 bar for the ANSI 600 configuration.
- Nominal sizes: DN 25 to DN 300.
- Flanged connections: ANSI 150, 300 and 600; PN 16, 25, 40 and 100 available on request.
- Standard operating temperature: -20°C to +60°C; -40°C version available on request.
- Closing time: 0.1 to 0.5 seconds, depending on size and pressure switch head.
- Pressure switch heads: CX677, CX640, CX630 and CX615, selected for the required trip pressure range.
Features & Options
The fully balanced valve uses a spring-loaded closing mechanism and a pressure switch. Available options include remote closure and an open-position limit switch. Modular configurations can combine the SSV with an active regulator and/or monitor.
